i was hoping against hope that this guy would remain neutral and keep talking to cool people. I knew the inevitable was coming after the last ten episodes full of right wing drivel drowning out people with amazing experiences, and yet i didn’t want to believe it. the last episode with elon musk for the second time sealed the deal for me and I am deciding to finally move on.

Heard a lot about this podcast and I’m not sure what the hype is? They are SO lengthy and admittedly I want to hear the guest more. At least in the Ky Dickens episodes, the last 20-30 min is mostly a Joe monologue with very little and it was pretty clear he hadn’t listened or been briefed on her podcast. Appreciate his open approach but not my jam. Also so many dude bros as guests.

Used to love how this show challenged me to listen to all sides. To understand the perspective of others in a respectful way. But something has happened which means he now, not only speaks about 1 perspective, in fact he will drag any conversation into the field he wants to discuss, mostly anti vax. His ego is also speaking for him now, surely he realised that having a comedy legend like Adam Sandler on the show and then speaking mostly about his own journeyman comedy makes him look silly. I hope he can find his perspective again and hear from all sides.
