Pros: As longtime fan of Newsradio and standup comedy, I was really excited upon learning that Rogan had a podcast. Some of the episodes are stellar and worth listening to over and over again - such as the Dave Foley and Anthony Bourdain episodes. Rogan's enthusiasm and curiosity about the world around him is infectious. He's surprisingly knowledgable about a wide breadth of topics. Although he is sometimes misinformed, he has no problem admitting when he may be mistaken or is unsure. This is adds to his natural charisma and the personal feeling of the podcast. Cons: Sometimes Rogan gets a little too heavy on conspiracy theory for my tastes, he often tempers these discussions by admitting the possiblity of being wrong or that there is little application in the current world for them. This is a minor flaw and is sometimes just funny. The major flaw in the podcast is Brian Redban. While Redban seems earnest and is probably a great IT guy, his contribution to the podcast is often irritating. His irrelevant interjections (often in the middle of interesting lines of conversation) are unfunny and sometimes throw otherwise engaging conversations off-track. Rogan has stated that Redban is a good friend, so he may not realize that Redban makes the podcast borderline unlistenable at times. He almost never has anything intelligent to contribute and seems completely unaware of world events. It seems that Rogan is loyal to Redban, but perhaps he would be best utilized by giving him a small, specific section of the podcast where he can do his own thing - talk about great tech item or something. This way, Rogan could keep him on the podcast and not disturb their friendship, but Redban wouldn't be able to derail interviews.

This podcast is funny and intelligent. Very interesting guests from a wide variety of work, all with great input and views. Joe will go off on rants that bring you through the universe and then the mind. But if it gets too "deep deep deep" you can always count on Redban to bring it back to the gutter. And then of course there's Joey Diaz cocksucka!

Great show! It has Let me "reset" and see things in another way. The experience is unique, in that there are brilliant minds, not just Joe and Brian that speak there thoughts an beliefs. Btw....redban your funny as hell when hammered, you talk a hell of a lot more. FYI! I'm not a fan of Facebook or twitter. So this is my form of saying hello. When an EMP hits I'll still be able to communicate the old fashion way. Love the show, and I'll keep spreading the word to all of my friends.

I work as a Software engineer, so long hours at a computer, this podcast is listened to while I work. Its frequent enough to be a regular occurrence during my week which I appreciate. I love their honest approach to the podcast, I didn't know Joe Rogan was such a legend until I got hooked on to his Podcast. Keep it coming.
