Such a wide variety of topics covered, all somehow relevant to my interests. A great perspective and many great guests. This was also the gateway podcast for me, which started an addiction. It's still my favorite.

I have had a great time listening to the podcast over the past couple of months and I am grateful for the free content. With the exception of the occasional tangental what-if's odesies with Duncan Trussel about the consciousness of the universe and the references to the Olive Garden, its a great entertainment. What's better is this show turned me on to Joey "Coco" Diaz and my favorite podcast Beauty and Da Beast. More Joey Diaz !

I have been listening to this podcast since the first show.I was looking for an MMA podcast but was pleasantly surprised with what the show was about.I knew I liked Joe Rogan as a stand up comic but never knew how like minded we were I listen to every show I love the mix of people and topics it's the best podcast out there.

I was quick to dismiss Rogan due to my impressions of him back in 2003, which Rogan himself considered his crappier days in comedy. I thought him to be a sensationalist shock jock type, call me jaded but there s very little that can shock me and even it did I saw that kind of humor as cheap, a notch above a comedian that relies on catch phrases and pandering. The new joe Rogan displays such an openness of thought without becoming gullible or foolish. He may have strong opinions but acknowledges them as such. He shows an earnest curiosity of philosophy and science and shares that curiosity with his audience with such a pure energy. Of course joe is not above a dick and/or fart joke but keeps it balanced. Another refreshing thing about Joe is his reflections on his own life, his mistakes and short comings, his history that made him what he is. The show isnt for every one but i thinks there are elements there for many types of people to enjoy.

I wasn't sure I'd like this podcast because I didn't think I liked Joe's comedy. Turns out I don't need to like his comedy to enjoy this podcast, because it's just a long conversation that flows pretty well, and covers pretty interesting topics. Being a person who no longer smokes pot, or takes psychedelics, I go back and forth between appreciating they way they discuss the feeling/experiences of drug use, and just rolling my eyes at how dumb they sound talking about it.
