To me this is more than an entertaining podcast, if you are open minded enough it can change your life for the better. On the podcast all areas of life are discussed by joe and the guests in ways which allow me to feel like I'm having a deep conversation which I cannot have with anyone else that I know. Some of the main guests regularly on the podcast add to the family feeling of being a part of something for the viewers as you get to know them through a lengthy and honest podcast where they often divulge deep thoughts that they have or memories. This podcast helped me to get in shape physically and emotionally, awesome podcast.
