I don't always agree with what Joe or his guests say but I do most times. It's just about as honest a conversation you will ever hear between two people and the long form make it hard to hide. Love this podcast.

Joe Rogan is my spirtual, polymath fearless leading guru Father. I listen to this guy like Charlie Sheen listens to his sex drive. Love the guy and I'm glad he exists to brighten up our lives. This is my favorite podcast. The way Joe Rogan discusses topics with guests is very informative and thought provoking, all the while sprinkled with hilarious banter. Joe does a great job of getting facts straight and not just spewing opinions and his own beliefs. Everything from MMA to bowhunting they are all by far one podcast I love listening to anytime I get the chance.

This used to be my favorite podcast, and occasionally still has good episodes (the man's done 800+ episodes, they can't all be gold). But, over the past year, he's gone from a dude who used to let the conversation flow, to a dude who continually guides it down the same path, no matter the guest or the subject matter the guest may try to cover. He's had on some good guests, as of late, but just drags it into the same convo he's had with the previous 10-15 guests and it makes it hard to listen to. It seems he went from hard-nosed-jock-bro, to enlightened thinker, back to hard-nosed-jock-bro. Maybe it's the volume that's making it stagnant, and he's just trying to plow through conversations and move onto the next? I don't know. His first few years are gold, I'd say the first 400 episodes are amazing, hence all the top 5 star reviews from 2010-2011, but he's really fallen off and it's kind of a bummer. I'll still check it out if it's a guest I like, but I'm prepared to be let down and hear more about his diet, hunting, comedy in Boston, SJW rants and listening to them watch videos...on a mainly audio podcast. All of those things I don't mind, but after 100s of hours of the same stuff being discussed, mainly Joe yelling it at his guests, it gets insanely boring.

First off, live the podcast. I hang from a rope hundreds of feet in the air for work and this is my favorite thing to listen to while I'm swinging around. Second, you gotta check out Dr. Michael Greger over at nutrition facts.org. I try my best to be a conscious individual and vote with my dollars. I listen to a lot of different views and I'm a plant based guy with a view questions. I would love to hear you and mike talk about issues involving animal products. I listen to Dr. Rhonda Patrick, Rich Roll, Tim Ferris and a million others and I think it would be an excellent enlightening guest for both you and all of your listeners. Your awesome, thanks for doing what you do!

I originally started listening to JRE because I've been a UFC lover for years. My girlfriend lives in Fort Worth, I live and work in Dallas, so I leave her place at 4am and connect to JRE. I've been listening for a year. I'd catch bits and pieces of his podcasts on fighter related interviews which eventually led me to subscribe. What I didn't realize was his ability to take criticism and ownership of his faults and ignorance. He's teachable, he's not afraid of other people's knowledge and instead of fighting and criticizing opposing arguments, you can hear his mind working and positioning itself in certain POVs to understand the point coming across for its truth worth. To me, that shows strength, humility, and integrity. That's why this podcast is the best in the game!

This should be listened to by everyone over the age of 15. It's the best of every world - smart, funny, informative, layed back, entertaining, mind expanding, thought provoking. The only people who won't like it are dummies, religious fundamentalists, and those who prefer to remain boring.
