This podcast really depends on what you want. It gets decent guests and Rogan can sometimes be very good. But he isn't as intelligent as he thinks and would often be better served by allowing the guests to talk rather than offering his own viewpoint which frequently comes directly from the internet and as a result, is inaccurate as regularly as it is factual. I don't listen to it as much I otherwise would were it not for the latter.

Joe seems to get some decent guests, and I assume he's capable of being funny, but in the episode I listened to, all that came across was a somewhat, but definitely not entirely, enlightened, average dude who aims pretty low and definitely isn't comfortable with women, gays or in some ways, himself. The episode I listened to was the second he has had with Louis Theroux, who's work I truly admire, and I have to stay, Louis reactions (or lack of) to Joe's off-handed and narrow-minded comments sort of made me think less of him, too. I'm not going to demonize Joe or this podcast, I just think Joe has a long way to go before I would give him my time. Yes, he's a left-leaning skeptic and critical thinker, but he's not the renaissance man he likely thinks he is.

First and Formost, I've been avid listener and fan for over 3 years. Every single podcast you produce, I seem to walk away with a plethora of information and/or a good laugh while treking the experience. I've enjoyed many guest even some that I have some reservations on their views. One guest that seem to possess the attention span of a 2 year old and demonstrated the typical right wing stance where they focus on the most miniscule part of some subject matter as soon as you demonstrated a valid point. I speak of Steven Chowder. This narrow minded individual provides a disservice to your listeners and almost painful to listen. I respect the diplomatic approach in allowing guest with controversial views, but this guys brain is more like chowder.

I could sit here and fault the things I don't like about this podcast, or any podcast, or life. But at the end of the day, listening to this guy talk, inquire and joke with, about or to his guests always leaves me motivated, educated, inquisitive, curious and entertained. Keep it up. To add to a constructive review though, I'm not a fan of the fighting stuff, but that's just me and my interests.

Best podcast out there. The variety of guests it great and it's refreshing that they can talk about whatever they like and go off on interesting tangents. I have become enlightened on many issues and learnt a great deal on subjects I would otherwise be ignorant on.

I can honestly say my life is more interesting now than it was before the day I started listening to this podcast I'm listening to probably 400+ episodes and they have all brought me nothing but joy curiosity and a thirst for bow hunting LOL

I came across this podcast by a recommendation from my brother. Since the first episode I heard, I have been glued to my phone. It's nearly impossible to impress me with intelligence or knowledge (very different), but Joe has impressed me with the depth and breadth of his knowledge on nearly every topic that gets brought up in his studio. From the humorous aspects of lighter topics to the deep and downright creepiness of certain conspiracies, this show is extremely satisfying! It's like a cool glass of water to a thirsting audience. Keep it up Joe.
