The Joe Rogan Experience has helped me filled endless hours of traveling everyday to work. I find that each persons view points and opinions to be challenging and entertaining. Before listening to the podcast, I never really watched any sort of MMA or martial arts fighting. Though that hasn’t changed, it’s strangely intriguing hearing martial arts similes compared to everyday topics. Personally I love listening to the podcasts that include experts in their fields, but all in all, this podcast offers me exactly what I want every morning; to be challenged and question my own routines, techniques and life habits. Definitely recommend!!
