The official podcast of comedian Joe Rogan.
Just listened to this for the first time but almost didnβt because the episode labels donβt tell me what the episode is about. I donβt know the people interviewed so their names are irrelevant to me, Iβd rather know what they are about. Interviews are awesome tho!

Terrible language - not for listening with children in the room or car. F-bombs don't impress me either.

I got interested in Joe Rogan, like many others, when he began touting the wonders of DMT and deprivation tanks. Iβve really enjoyed listening and learning from his episodes on mysteries of the mind and the intersection of psychology. In the past Iβve found him interesting, thoughtful, well researched and informed. Even some of his episodes about hunting and MMA (areas I am less interested in) were episodes that I found I learned from. I also, however, found myself cringing at the way he talks about different groups of people. Always careful to qualify that people can βlive however they chooseβ, but always simultaneously implying that those people are more likely to be insufferable. As I am writing this, a recent episode with Sam Harris (opinions of Sam Harris and his work aside) included a lengthy rant about the complications of trans people in sports. Contrary to what you think I may write, I found his argument interesting and compelling, that is, until he began speaking disrespectfully about trans people and their bodies. Specifically how they (Iβm paraphrasing) chop off their dicks but still have a male advantage. If joe rogan ever reads this, i hope that he can consider how difficult it is to hear, what may be, a great argument when it is obfuscated by ignorant and offensive language. I have heard him speak this way about groups of people numerous times to other men aligning himself with his guests against a vague group and often very offensively representing the opinions of that group. Itβs pretty lame.

This podcast honestly helped me see out of my narrow perspective on reality. I donβt think you can ever really change who you actually are,but I do believe you can expand what you can see and accept. I said for years before hearing this podcast that every choice you make brings you closer,or takes you farther to who you are. The multitude, and variation of guests offers a touch of knowledge from all corners of existence. I would gladly pay to listen to this podcast monthly. Thank you Joe for stumbling your way into this thing youβve made. Its made me a better human.

Great interviewer. Very open minded. Asks the right questions that seem to probe conversation that is both deep and intellectual. Would love to see Joe have his own late night show, although I think network TV is probably motivated a bit too much by an agenda for Joe, who highlights both the left and right where it makes sense to do so. Ultimately, the guy is open to what makes sense. His podcast keeps me thinking and wondering, and I listen almost religiously through my night shifts.

A friend told me about this. Such a broad spectrum of topics and guests. Some topics leave me crying with laughter, Stevo ππ Others βwowβ And then some incredulous with thought at whatβs being discussed/debated. Well done to all the team involved. Keep it going

Great podcast with Colion Noir! If you can find an educated, clear headed, anti-gun advocate to talk with him, Iβll tune in for sure.
