Joe Rogan sets the standard for what an outstanding podcast should be. He's witty, very well-educated, and consistently has guests from every walk of life on (from Ana Kasparian to Milo Yiannopoulos and everyone in between, both political and not) allowing different perspectives to be heard without judgment, which is a rare and free marketplace of ideas in today's usually toxically charged environment. Rogan also is great at keeping the conversation going with these different people despite his set viewpoints (which he himself rarely espouses, another positive in a world with so many hosts with an agenda), and seems to have the rare gift of being friendly with just about everyone, even when he challenges their viewpoints. If there's one podcast you should take the time to listen to on a consistent basis, it's JRE. He didn't get this far without being amazing at what he does.

Man i cant believe how hood Joe is, so many different guests from so many different subjects, and he’s such an open minded person, not to be mistaken with gullible because if a guest says something he doesn’t agree with or think to be true, he lets them know about it. Joe & his guests talk about every subject imaginable. This is best way to kill 2-3 hours because you don’t even notice the time go by.

There is a reason this pod cast is#1. I Listen to Rogan every morning on the way to work and back home. I have discovered some amazing people and topics and Joe has such a great connection with each guest. I’ve laughed, I’ve cried and even got mad a little but learned something from every new post cast. Thx for the pod cast Joe

You’re versatile and well thought. When you can not only nod your head with very intelligent guests but add to the conversation with good insight, it’s a great listen. Then when you are challenged by someone who has a stance backed with no research and you don’t just dismantle them, you reasonably go back and forth with patience. It’s commendable. You’re also funny, so I’m hooked. Thanks for making the workday go by faster.

I don’t listen to everyone of his podcasts bc wasting my time on two hours on a topic that doesn’t interest me is something I consider a waste of time. When I do listen I can find out a lot of information. Something that really pisses me off is that every time it starts getting political and the guest says, this is something that I’m not very educated on this specific subject it’s not something I want to talk about in great detail but since you continue to ask questions and push I am going to be polite and give you my opinion and now I’d prefer to not discuss it anymore, joe rogan latches on to the topic and keeps pressing and pressing. Then he gets his seat jockey to look up facts that aren’t exactly facts it’s just the first few articles that pops up on his google search. I makes him look like a jerk. Most of the time he won’t even let the guest explain their point, he cuts them short. It makes him look foolish. Maybe if he were funny it would be easier to stomach but half the time he just seems mentally slow

Definitely one of the best and dynamic podcasts out there. The different types of guests (scientists and hunters are my personal favorite) and just from learning from someone as Mr Rogan is having a smooth conversation keeps my brain thinking and processing the world as it is. His podcast has become a daily ritual and I don’t plan on not skipping an episode.

Rogan sometimes has great guests, but a lot of the time brings in conspiracy theorists and legitimizes their platform. Most recently I had the displeasure of hearing Howard Bloom talk, which was arguably the worst podcast I’ve ever heard. Said he does 400-700 push ups every morning (his arms tell a different story) and said entropy isn’t real (didn’t know what entropy is). What I would suggest is vetting guests a little better rather than letting anyone on in hopes of keeping the podcast prolific. Also mentions the same topics over and over due to limited intelligence. Eddie Bravo is also absolutely insufferable, IQ of someone with Down’s.

Joe’s podcast is the best! He brings in people from everywhere! He talks to whoever he wants and doesn’t care who it pisses off! He’s a very open minded person which is so refreshing, always willing to hear and learn new things! Big fan!
