Joe rogan provides a pretty even keeled perspective on a wide range of issues. He is definitely in tune with how a lot of people think and a lot can be learned from his natural curiosity and variety of guests. This is definitely a great podcast to listen to on long trips.

Wow! Is all I can say. This sounds like a Dr. Steven Gundry diet! If you have not heard of him you have to go check out him and his books. “The Plant Paradox” “Diet Evolution”. These health issues are so REAL! In everyone! Even people who are young and “fit” and eating “healthy” and this “healthy” diet is making people SICK! I firmly believe in his views and his research. Please go check him out and read his books! Thank you for sharing your story!
