Joe Rogan is the best interviewer in the business, period, and of story. If you want an interview without being bombarded by the interviewer’s criticisms this is the place to go. Joe knows how to listen, and how to pick up what its important in a conversation and pull the thread. He’s had scientists and politicians of all sorts on the show alongside comedians, authors, musicians, and actors. I dismissed Joe Rogan for years based on the lies Social Media and the main stream media spread about him, and only started listening after accidentally stumbling on his interviews with Chess Grandmaster Magnus Carlsen and International Master Josh Waitzkin.

When you know so little you don’t even understand how much you don’t know, but you think you should have an opinion on everything regardless of how uninformed you are, you get people like Joe Rogan. Being a listener of this podcast is like a warning sign for other people to know you have bad judgment and your opinion should be disregarded.

I see lots of complaints about this podcast use to be informative and interesting and is now all about conspiracy theories. Call me crazy. But that’s legit what I like. I don’t listen to every episode. Just the people who I know about or interest me. And when I do that, I stay a happy camper. Honestly a 5/5 Also people say he’s a fascist loving Trump ring kissin bowin down to all of MAGA support. But I say. Geez when did you let politics take over your entire life and control what you think about the poor guy. Just calm down. Listen to an episode if you want to and stop being a blue haired, overweight, single, Reddit user in his mom’s basement. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER!!!

What once had potential as a platform for long-form, nuanced conversations now often feels like an unfiltered soapbox for Rogan and his guests to peddle misinformation, pseudo-science, and contrarian hot takes under the guise of “just asking questions.” The lack of fact-checking, combined with Rogan’s tendency to nod along with whatever is said, makes the show more of a spectacle than a source of insight. It’s less about exploring complex issues and more about courting controversy and keeping the outrage machine fed.

Been listening for years and have only found a couple guests I’d rather not hear again. After Smith cooked Murray I began listening to him more, however every pod after includes him just going back over that same pod which he only won the debate because Murray decided to appeal to authority rather than authoritative facts. He’s not a bad guy but I think his influence leads to a less productive/interesting episode. My two cents…
