Kresser is a qualified specialist I have been listening to for years. He is indeed qualified to make valid points, for the importance of consuming carefully reared animal products. This was a case of a game changers advocate ( who had incidentally either, NOT been honest in his understanding of/ or deliberately withheld full details contained IN those studies he proposed ) giving false information out to the masses regarding their dietary needs . Game changers is an utter false documentary and should not be taken seriously or factually .

The only bummer about the episodes I really want to listen to is Joe insisting on the mic being on people's mouths. Like the Daryl episode, I couldn't finish once he got closer to the mic. First of all, I can hear them fine they don't need to deep throat the mic. Second, the opening and closing of people's mouths and grunting and breathing plus having to listen to Joe and everyone else slurp drinks then hearing it go down their throats.. Ew. It's so distracting. Misophonia affects about 15% of the population which is why these noises piss off so many people. Id rather rip off my ears, chew them up then shove the pieces into my skull to muffle the sound than have to listen to people make noises with their mouth like that.

If you pay attention to the show, joe consistently flip-flops his opinions and panders to the person he has on his show. No not just changed his minds literally form show to show changes his mind alining was who he interviews beside being out right dishonest it’s a really good show if you can work pass that.

I think I started listening back in 2018, probably have listened to over a hundred podcast.. I love that Joe is honestly open to literally every topic and will talk to everybody in all aspects of life, it’s taught me to work on myself more; how I handle conversation and view things and other people’s perspectives! Great all around personality—funny and entertaining! Keep it up JOE!! MUCH love♥️🙏🙌 I don’t have to agree with everything you say to appreciate this podcast and how it’s filled my day with healthy discourse in a world that probably seems more out of control then it really is!

This podcast is great. I love how diverse the guests are, and that the conversations frequently last for up to 3 hours. This really allows for a wide range of topics/aspects of the guests lives/thoughts to be covered in a natural, free form way. Hoe Rogans podcast, and his podcasting acumen has evolved to the point where he is sacrificing his own free time and life energy to provide content for the masses looking for a steady supply of conversation/content to help propel/enrich them on their daily journey. Podcast hosting as a comedian, Joe is able to present just the right combination of danger, earnestness and trolling to keep things interesting. This helps to provide an element of surprise as well, conversations often take surprising turns, adding to the fun. Some accuse Joe of being a blockhead, but he is a man of solid character, integrity and honor. As such, he provides an ideal space for his guests to clearly express themselves. We are lucky to have his voice.

You can’t expect constant content from this podcast and the episodes are fairly long, however I think that the information and stories from the guests completely overshadow this. Joe makes his podcast about the guests, not himself but always provides constructive input in every conversation, that’s how podcast should be. Honestly perfect all around

Yeah, I love most of the show but promoting Socialism is reckless, and dangerous. How can you talk lightly about a system of government that is responsible for SO MUCH DEATH?! 6 million in Cambodia, 60 million in Russia, and 100 million in China! THESE ARE NOT EVEN ALL OF THEM!!!
