Joe, thank you for the podcast with Michael Osterholm! Very timely and informative during this unprecedented time. Not sure if this will interest you, I found the book The Circadian Code by Dr. Sachin Panda very interesting and informative. Really explains the science behind Time Restricted Eating / Intermittent Fasting.

He has a very easy going, down to earth, but very knowledgeable style that I very much appreciate. I know Joe doesn’t read these reviews but I still feel compelled to write something! I own a small CrossFit gym in PA and was fortunate enough to listen to Joe’s podcast with Dr. Osterholm this past week. As a result, I was waaay ahead of the knowledge curve on COVID-19 and could proactively handle the situation with my community. Those few days really made a difference in terms of how everyone is handling this, and I really just have Joe and his “paranoia” lol to thank! Thanks Joe for your unending intellectual curiosity! You very well may have saved my business. ❤️👊🏻

The diversity of views, fluid conversation, and humorous undertones make this podcast so good. JR treats all his guests with respect so you actually get to hear their views and see their perspective. I don’t listen to all of them, but when someone of interest comes on it never disappoints

I really enjoyed the episode with Osterholm as he provided much needed information during this very uncertain virus. The discourse around the foods that people in China and Africa eat that contribute to Covid-19 and Ebola was utterly racist. Going down a list of wild animals and imposing your limited western perspective on what is “normal” is troubling considering most Americans (myself included) cannot accurately list single everything that is put into our food. With respect to the rona, this kind of racism is causing Chinese businesses to decline, not to mention the increase in racist attacks they’ve had to deal with in general.

Joe shines a bright light on all things interesting. He uses a laser to guide the listeners to enlightenment. You need at least 3 hours dedicated to cerebral growth. Then you need another 18 hours to process his avalanche of new ideas. After a few years of dedication you can increase the audio speed to 2x. Your direction in life will be forever changed in a positive position that could propel you to question everything corporate America media has force feed you. You may escape the matrix. As a native I’ve read a lot of history books but you got me into Black Elk but now I’m listening to Daryl Davis based on ur podcast with Freakenomics guy and I decided after listening to this cast I needed to let you know I’m blown away! I’ve listened to the pod for years and always really enjoyed it because Joe did a great job at letting the expert be an expert and he didn’t care about asking the questions we wanted to know but on the other hand he was hilarious when it called for it. Lately I can’t finish an episode bc the guy thinks he knows everything and he has to think twice before laughing or joking about something. Might as well get a network spot on late night. Guess I have no choice but to listen to the people I went to high school with who have their own podcast now...
