There’s a reason this guy gets a billion listens a year. I’ve been listening since they were about a year in. It’s been incredible to see this thing grow into what it’s become, and it’s exciting to think of where it’ll go. If you haven’t listened yet, come out from under your rock and give it a go.

Let’s face it, it’s getting tougher to listen to this podcast. Duncan T? Please. Eddie Bravo’s voice and commentary is so irritating. Brendon and Brian are as lame as Joe’s stand up. Look, he is all that to many and that’s cool. For me, I tossed it from my Library and just drop in once and awhile. If it’s just more of his boring comedian and the Tesla ego maniac for guests, I won’t miss it.

Great podcast most of the time. As others have stated themselves, I’m hooked on the iOS Podcast app. It’ll be a bummer to lose this podcast, but luckily there’s plenty of others on here. Maybe I’ll pick up learning a language on my drives to work instead.

If you’re getting sciatic pain after squatting your sacrum could be a problem , in addition to possible lumbar disc pathology, if your sacrum is out of alignment is can irritate the piriformis muscle and irritate the sciatic nerve in the buttock region. As part of evaluation, see if you can find a osteopathic physician to evaluate for a sacral torsion, there are exercises you can use to realign it. Love the show.
