Usually very good stuff. Joe talks to very interesting guests and drags them into the weeds about quite a few topics. He usually knows quite a bit about what he is talking about, but sometimes makes big assumptions which makes him sound ignorant of the subject.... basically like most of us.

I’ve listened to so many excellent interviews with interesting people on Joe’s podcast. I generally pick out the interviews with individuals I’m already aware of, or have an interest in them or their work. However, I do occasionally listen to interviews with people who are unknown to me, and I’ve enjoyed discovering new content. I also have to say that in a world of sound bites, and TV interviews/debates where a person may only get a few minutes at best to say something of substance, Joe’s long-form podcast really allows for a better quality of conversation. It’s no doubt one of the main reasons why this podcast is so popular.

Solid podcast. If you take the time to look most of the one star reviews come from people who’ve likely never listened to the podcast and instead chose to place a negative review based on the fact that that they saw a 30 second clip from a 12 year old video. Take the time to give it a listen and decide for yourself.
