Love your podcast at first I was skeptical to even begin listening, my husband listens to you religiously, and now he got me hooked. I was hoping you could maybe find a guest that would be able to talk about the Dyatlov pass incident? Have you heard of that story? it would be an exciting one for us UFO enthusiasts. The lack of actual intelligence and understanding from Joe on this show quickly becomes embarrassingly apparent if the guest is a bonafide intellectual, combined with an experts knowledge and experience in a particular field of study, this can often unseat his misjudged confidence and high opinion of himself, causing doubt to his need for total alpha male status which he challenges by finding a way to steer the conversation to his well worn stories of the martial arts etc… The usual stand up comedy crowd he surrounds himself with are clearly not his people he hasn’t ever done a memorable special, he’s not funny… I don’t get it but I guess that’s why I’m here telling anyone who is looking for a good listening experience based on the guest line up to look elsewhere unless you want to witness the hubris of a very wealthy meat headed man child.

Been listening to a show a day. Enjoy it a lot. But the Donnie Brasco episode I was very interested in since I’m interested in mob stuff. But was Joe even there? Donnie is a horrible story teller. I wish Joe led the interview more with some more questions. I feel like Joe was doing paperwork on the side lol.

Rogan is not an “intellectual”, but he is curious and respectful with a broad range of interests. Everyday people and celebrities just want to spill their guts to him and talk to the public. It’s an honest show. I learn much.

Michael Masters made two false claims. 1. We do not all start out as females. Common misconception 2. There is no island where girls turn into boys (lol). Masters should have said the truth that these boys have a rare genetic condition called 5 -ARD.

I'm not sure why this gets branded as "rightwing". I've listened to about 10 of them and it seems very apolitical and just an interesting talk show with a compelling host. Sure he's really wacky. But it's a fine show for anyone.

The amount of adds they now jam into each episode is equivalent to commercial radio. It makes it almost unlistenable and now Joe replaces conversation with getting Jamie to ask his stupid Perplexity sponsor. The world’s best podcast is losing the plot.

My absolute favorite podcast… keeps my head straight and motivated. The 2025 Jelly Roll podcast is my favorite and the most inspiring thus far… also keeps me informed and knowledgeable on subjects that I’ve never even looked into before, and further more makes me interested in them and keeps me curious.

The ratio of really smart guests to conspiracy theorists on this show has flipped. You used to get 10 fun or intelligent guests for every crack pot conspiracist, and so I could tolerate those one off episodes. But now it is essentially the opposite, so I no longer listen.

This podcast is becoming harder to listen to by the week. Random BS ads placed in the middle of a guest’s sentence is just wrong. Put ALL ads in the beginning or at the end. Stop ruining the episodes by your greed and corporate influence.

Just gotta say, great conversation. It’s refreshing to have these truths expressed to a mainstream audience. I’ve walked 500 miles across ANWR, spent years in the bush and have been hunted by bears and wolves and hunted them in my turn. Nature isn’t Disney Land, it demands management. Hunting prey has to be offset by hunting predators. People are part of the natural system and with our intellect we are trusted to steward wild populations as shepherds. The wild is our self renewing pantry. It’s people that live in the bush that know how to effectively accomplish game management, certainly better than urban people. Great conversation — high five.

The episode with Graham Hancock and the archaeologist was really disappointing. The tactics Hancock used clearly involved cherry picking and false/debunked claims. Having someone on there and putting on the charade of a debate that makes both “sides” of this discussion seem like they have equal merit is harmful to actual truth-seeking. When you have as many followers as you do, you need to take care to present accurate scientific information. I think Flint Dibble did well showing facts, data, and explaining how archaeology works. I learned a lot from him but in the end it felt as thought he “lost” the “debate” because the lines of logic and reasoning used by each guest exist on two non-intersecting planes. Sad.
