I’ve been listening to this podcast for a couple months now. Overall it’s a good podcast although I don’t necessarily agree with all the views of the guests and Joe, but I like to be exposed to different perspectives. One thing that I don’t like about this podcast however is this new thing with the ads in between the show. Why is it this loud?? It almost gave me a heart attack once!!!

Joe Rogan is the most credulous person I’ve ever heard. He literally seems to believe anything he hears or reads. Cynical (sometimes dangerous) conspiratorial conversations masquerading behind an “I’m just asking questions, man!” patina of reasonable sincerity. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve listened to an episode, heard something about which I had no context (because I don’t traffic in conspiracies), and googled the details only to find from reputable sources that his opinions are wildly unfounded.

Rogan has been positioned (of his own accord) with the right topics, & guests to bring in the largest, most diverse audience of all; with topics like comedy, sports, celebrities, musicians. and yes, politicians (which has become celebrity status in recent years itself). All the above topics & more gather together an audience, many of whom came to his show not looking for politics at all, but when the topic comes up (and it has to come up…bc we have all been forced into with minute by minute media sensationalism) they get it straight & honest, unbiased and an as fair as can be on Joe’s show I think this Subtle approach has won many people over to truth..not to GOP or to Dems..but Truth, w/o all the hypnotic emotional driven (crony capitalist) sensationalism found in mainstream media today. In closing..I can see from some recent negative comments to this podcast, the Orwellian tactics of the mainstream media truly do cause some to exchange their common sense for the hypnotic spell of emotion, & by that emotional spell, continue to serve the very master who enslaves them..steals their tax dollars and funnels it through big gov departments to enrich the politicians, not the people. increases all the expenses of the working class. wreck the economy, start foreign wars & yet they still serve em..an they cannot even see the error of fheir ways. They will defend the very abuser/politicians who enslave them/via continual mainstream media mind conditioning, regardless if their isn’t a bit of logic one can find to excuse their doing so

I get it, JRE got quite the contract to keep producing the content but, am I the only one that remembers when there wasn’t a commercial every 30 minutes or so? It’s getting a bit out of hand! Still not quite as frequent as some other podcasts, but is significantly more than it was in the past.
