Joe used to have scholars and intellectuals and very normal everyday people on until he got in with billionaires. Then he stoped being as thoughtful and just started spouting communist Russian propaganda. Very odd and unusual to see a guy who famously said everyone should cut bulls**t people out of your life support Alex Jones, decry how unfairly Elon is being treated for breaking the most laws imaginable, and endorse for president a guy who stole thousands of classified docs and wants to censor news outlets who report negatively about him. Very strange. It was a slow shift. There were always things I disagreed with him about but that was the fun of the pod, stretching your mind with new ideas. But he’s gone back into his conspiracy theory roots and now just wants to tell us that all these crazy things are real when he’s just repeating actual communist Russian propaganda. Just be sure to research what he says on the pod if you still like it, because he was always often wrong, it’s just much more dangerous things he’s wrong about now.

It’s been a long time since Joe has said anything relatable. Like with my family exhibiting lead poisoned symptoms, I have been moving further and further away from having anything to do with Joe. The JRP used to be really interesting but lately it feels like propaganda to put money in peoples pockets and that’s it. I stopped listening a few years ago, but now every time I hear about something he’s doing it gives me the ick. He’s gone down a path I can’t follow. But you know whose podcast is still a banger? This pod is the biggest disinformation and anti-science campaign. The science discussed is anecdotal at best. I wonder how he’s going to feel, when children start dying from preventable disease because of his direct contribution to the anti-vaccination narrative.

It’s amazing how bad the show has become and when Joe used to say he was against the cronies in government, or really when he did what he did best by not getting political and actually had a good show. It’s disgusting the lows he has turned to for money and everyone who thinks he’s an original thinker. He’s shown multiple times he only cares about money and misinformation.

I recently tuned into the Joe Rogan Experience, hoping for engaging and thought-provoking discussions. Unfortunately, I was met with a platform that frequently gives voice to individuals with deeply concerning backgrounds, including felons and those with authoritarian agendas. It is disappointing to see such individuals being provided a stage to spread their views without adequate challenge or critique. The lack of responsibility in curating guests and the failure to address or counter harmful narratives is troubling. Podcasts have the power to influence public opinion, and it's crucial for hosts to be mindful of the impact their content can have. I hope to see a more thoughtful approach in the future, focusing on guests who contribute positively.
