The prophet Haggai was the first man to prophecy, after Babylonian Captivity. God gave Haggai five messages to be delivered to Judah. Judah was tasked with rebuilding the temple upon their return to Jerusalem, instead they chose a self-centered life of complacency. Haggai's preaching caused the people to repent and get to work on the house of God.
