I really enjoy this podcast but I have to admit I only listen to the guests that I know, particularly other comedians. Would love Russel to have his family on and to hear what Russel himself would have in his wonderbox.

I love Russell, his mind is fantastic. The humour and enthusiasm for life and people but not being milquetoast and lame. Never a bad time , always expanding my perspective and people who I end up being more interested in and aware of.

Most podcasts have no focus and sound worse than me and my mates having an inane chat. This one is night and day different . It’s like desert islands discs for things and Russell is a great, clever and kind host keeping it all on track but also allowing conversation to flourish . My favourite is Sam Ryder , so witty, insightful and happy .

Have just caught up with this podcast whilst walking the dog over the week, and I’ve loved every single episode. Even the ones where I’m unfamiliar with the person being interviewed. Normally I hate hearing the producers etc in the background, but Dan’s laugh and input really puts a smile on my face. I think Russell Howard is a great interviewer, and provides some excellent stories alongside his guests’ tales. Especially loved the Greg Davies episode. I often find myself laughing out loud and I really can’t wait to hear more. Also, the fact it is ad-free is amazing, and means I can just enjoy it without the relentless fast forwarding. Thank you!
