I’ve listened since day one and originally gave a 3 or 4 starrer, but this podcast has aged like a fine wine and I look forward to Fridays partly because of it. Informative and to the point, a little dry at times but if you want humour and wit go listen to something else. I’d enjoy a listener’s questions section or side-podcast containing this. Otherwise, Friendly knowledgeable chaps. Thank you.

I love listening to this podcast. AvTalk quite literally helps me get to sleep. For about six months now, I have listened to this podcast. I have listened all the episodes multiple times and have almost never been disappointed. Easily one of the best (and my personal favorite) aviation podcast. Every one of the guests has been great, especially Ken and his glossary terms. What happened to those?! They were a personal favorite of mine. Fun and informative. Keep making the great show!

Ian and Jason are great hosts and when joined by guests they present really interesting topics. One star less because when talking about European aviation the research could be a little better and less of „yeah, whatever“. Apart from that very entertaining and informative.

The AvTalk podcast is best aviation centric podcast period. The focus is mostly in the transport / airline category with an occasional detour to private aviation. The reason I like it so much is the conversational style of the two hosts versus some podcasts with a single host talking forever.

This is a really interesting podcast and I think there is a lot in here for the average punter with only a passing interest in aviation. I certainly wouldn’t class myself as an AVgeek, my only interest really is I like “Aircrash investigation” on NatGeo, so the coverage of recent crashes has been great, but also the stuff around the setup of flight radar, how air corridors work, who’s buying what between Boeing and Airbus. It’s a really well round show and always a pleasant listen! Thanks well done and keep up the great work!

I’ve been listening for over 100 episodes by now, and I have to give a very honest review. Ian is very well informed and does a great job on the podcast. But Jason is a big letdown. He constantly seems ill-informed, unprepared, and just downright negative. It’s unfortunate, but hopefully Ian can turn it around.

Really enjoy this podcast guys. Listening in the UK and started about a year ago with plenty of time on my hands to fill and a shift from music to podcasts kept me engaged, it gave me an opportunity to learn more about aviation from just a light plane spotting background.
