Fry is a proper card carrying scientist, but she has been badly paired with VSauce. Goalhanger have got the wrong match here, and there are much better science podcasts out there. My favorite is Science of the Times. Two educated scientists (like Fry), and they get researchers on who have made key breakthroughs (including Nobel laureates)

Hey I like the episode about crying I just listened and the part about the elephants made my eyes watery. any sad animal stuff makes me cry also the story of the woman who lived on the island for 20 years alone was so interesting

I absolutely love Hannah’s input but the man is really annoying the way he talks over her and tries to dominate. Surely presenters should talk 50/50? Who is this show aimed at? Are you trying to capture the US market by having an American? But for the love of science - ask him to wind his neck in and let the Professor speak.

I love Professor Hannah Fry and have enjoyed so many of her tv shows and podcasts but I can’t listen to this with yet another mouthy American who has verbal diarrhoea and uses American words. Sorry. Had enough of them taking over everything and our British presenters having to use ‘vacation’ instead of holiday or talking I dollars (just 2 recent examples)

Questions of meaning well put. Alas, way too much entertainment (-did it really have to be Michael Stevens?!?!) & nonchalant off-the-hip banter, way too little science. No, I don't want to be entertained, am above "tiktok" age. & to let the hosts of any podcast read (part of) the adverts, that's supremely irritating (yeah, looking at you, The Rest Is Politics!). Can't continue with this.

I can only tell you that I enjoyed this first episode from start to finish. I also enjoyed the BBC podcast with Professor Fry but this is better. Learning new things is brilliant.

Was really excited when I heard this was coming out but the guy they’ve paired with Hannah is unbearable. He barely let her speak. It would be better off just to have Hannah do a show.
