I have been a fan of Ms. Pat for years so was ecstatic when she decided to start a podcast!!! This lady is AMAZING and has an uncanny ability to turn the worst, most unfathomable experiences into comedic, light hearted, hilarious stories everyone can learn from. This podcast is not for the faint of heart—- Ms. Pat is outspoken, very vocal, and a firecracker, so is not for everyone, but if you enjoy funny, genuine, and sincere comedians, you’ll love the patdown. Listening to her banter is so entertaining and reminds me of being in a room with my aunties going back and forth. Do your self a favor and subscribe! Highly recommend!!!

Ms. Pat brings you on a wild ride back to her days as a poor girl trying to survive in the Atlanta ghetto. She can and will attack all topics with no filters whatsoever. Ten minutes of her podcast would give a politically correct person an aneurysm. But it all comes from a survival instinct, and her ability to rise above her past. She drives home the fact that a person must learn to laugh at everything in life. I rated 4/5 because there are other people who join and dont really add much to the podcast, at times creating long periods of random chatter and laughter, while leaving you on the outside. You feel the pull to move on... but hopefully they will tighten up the flow and stick to the core group of Deon, Chris, and Ms Pat. I think perhaps bringing a special guest to the show, other very different comics or even better, specialists in other aspects of life, that would introduce a really interesting dynamic to the Patdown. I tell everyone about her interview with Joe Rogan and this podcast. My wife thinks I've got a thing for Ms Pat... She is an often rough, always funny woman with a tender heart and an amazing perspective that everyone should experience.
