Me. Pat is hilarious but Deon and Chris are just not funny. They bring an interesting prospective, but the major reason I got hooked on the patdown was because of how funny it was. Over time it became an amateur activist podcast with more opinion sharing than funny stories. Deon and Chris talk about their opinions and politics ALL the time and it’s so lame. They seem to forget that Ms. Pat is the star of the show, and make it way too serious. We listen to the podcast for comic relief and i’ve been disappointed since the “butt butter and abortion” episode. I wish Ms. Pat would have better co-hosts because when she’s provoked properly, she is the funniest person in the world.

Gariana is racist in just about every episode she's in. It's really quite ridiculous. Also, Chris needs to stop that forced/over exaggerated laugh everytime ms Pat says something even just remotely funny. Chill on that man.

Love the podcast however, I am disappointed in episode 57 with Ms Pat’s daughter. There’s a difference between having different political views and being a flat out racist Chris. You should go back and listen to some of her quotes in that episode “no such thing as reverse racism” what ignorance. Even Ms Pat in the episode was trying to get through to her what she was saying was racist. The very inherent definition of racism is having hate towards another solely because of race. Keep the daughter off the show is my only critique otherwise it’s a good podcast.

This used to be one of my favorite podcasts. Now it had turned every episode into some racial thing. Go back to the funny. I understand some of it working through but other times it’s over the top.

Started listening to her after I heard her on Joe Rogan and I got hooked instantly. Became a fan of the podcast, read her book, and have been to a live show. She’s the real deal. Gotta make Garyanna a full time person on this though she’s hilarious. Funny family and love Deon too!

Lol I love this podcast because Ms. Pat speak the real and the real is for those who grew up in the South while being a minority. She’s hilarious because she can relate those individuals. I mean she laughs at herself when thinking about her upbringings, her past, and current situations. I would recommend this podcast to another who grew up down South and can appreciate the humor.
