Dimitri & The Scarecrow is musical concept developed by Zimbabwean (Ugandan based) Dimitri D. Kwenda. Conceptually the Scarecrow as a metaphor based on the agrarian system of Zimbabwe as a utility to summarize the people in juxtaposition between governance and survival.
