These two are so brilliant - they have known each other for years and the dynamic between them is fantastic. This pod is off the wall wacky sometimes and absolutely hilarious, but these two pros still manage to mine lots of interesting information food and non food related from their guests. Well worth a listen.

But it bloody does. An excellent listen, James generally at his absurdist best and Ed chips in with some funny moments too. You can tell they”re good friends and enjoy each other’s anecdotes.

This podcast really is brilliant, great guests with great conversation and plenty of laughs. However the audio quality varies drastically, especially in recent episodes with the mic placement for Ed. He comes across much weaker, audibly, than everyone else on the show. The sounds in between segments I also think needs some serious reworking. Cheapens the overall feel of the podcast when the content really isn’t!
