Great hilarious podcast.

My girlfriend is obsessed with podcasts, and I have never been bothered with 'em. Well, I heard ol' Jimmy A was doing one and now when I wake up in the morning I hear the intro music and have become nearly obsessed. My girlfriend now tells people into podcasts and I always correct her - "A" podcast before shrieking "POPPADUMS OR BREAD" without context to a confused group of friends and in-laws.

It is very rare I laugh out loud at comedy, but this does it. Truly brilliant format and execution.

I have just discovered this podcast and Iβm enjoying it so much. Podcasts about food that Iβve listened to so far were not very interesting because I mainly love to listen to what people enjoy eating and Iβm not into cooking. I love discovering new things. Also both James and Ed are hilarious. I am glad I have so many episodes lined up and I hope to be able to listen to many more in 2020. This compilation episode was a great idea. Well done π₯°

Downloaded and listened with all of the family in the car to the French Alps, laughing so much . So funny , love James disgust at cheese and biscuits as a pudding! Our kids were in hysterics too! Still reeling over Victoria Cohens βavocadoβ starter and Greg Davies steak!! π€£π€£

Thank you for cheering me up on some long journeys across the north. I know no matter how bad days can be, you guys always cheer me up with wonderfully funny conversations about food and life with your guests. Love the guests too, good variety, not just all comedians. Thanks again and please keep doing them.

Great listening for long journeys. Spoiler alert some guests are much better than others. Jay Rayner, Nish Kumar, Aisling Bea, Greg Davies and Scoobius Pip are all highlights

Itβs a really great premise for a podcast and generally good fun but find it too long - would personally prefer it to be edited down to maybe 40 mins

Reminds me of my younger days sitting up too late drunk with flat mates skint and discussing dream meals .....happy days

This is a great podcast. Makes me wish I was famous just so I could go on.

Without doubt the funniest thing Iβve heard this Christmas. Iβm now rearranging my Christmas meal so we all have half clock mains and a sugar bomb desert. Made a trip down the A1 bearable and if thatβs not a good review then goodness knows what is. Bloody marvellous!

Sparkling water Bread, fresh baked sour dough with choice of smoked rapeseed oil and heavily salted butter - probably pick my dads bread. Starter, sardines - best I ever had were on a sea front restaurant in Zakyntos Main: leg of lamb with loads of salsa Verde & a cold roasted vegetable and couscous. Side: tender stem broccoli with vinegar and chili flakes Drink: I orange wine - had it for the first time this year and it blew me away, not 100% what make it was but smokey and rich like licking the inside of the barrel it was made in. Desert: peach, raspberry and bay friand bake, (taken from Ottolenghi's simple book wife swoped out the plum and black berries for peaches and raspberries) + a bit of halva (2 things I cheat) Honourable munchion: I had a gin and tonic sorbet pallet cleanser at a friends M&S work Christmas party when I was 18 and thinking it was the Hight of sophistication and a fizzy sorbet what's not to like?
