Great podcast!

James and Ed are great hosts and the guests are always funny. Laughs and chat about food, what more could you want?

I admire how quick and funny both Ed and James are. Itβs the comfort food of podcasts during these scary times. Also, Iβm definitely on team pudding.

Anytime I just need to switch off and stop worrying about the world I listen to these silly billys, and feel so much better. Thanks guys. Love you.

Love these podcasts but the Anne Marie episode just worked so well! Couldnβt stop laughing out loud the whole way through!

I listened to it on a walk but had to stop and sit down in front of people to gather my breath because i was wheezing and laughing so hard. The food theme is wonderful 11/10

Imagine my excitement when this podcast popped up on my downloads today. A fusion of my two absolute favourite podcasts just made an otherwise boring lockdown Sunday a lot more fun. THANKS! PS. Please get Brett on Off Menu.

Itβs nice to be entertained and not learn anything for once. π€£ Having said that, my favorite moment in the whole show is when Paul F. Tompkins realizes the truth about a canary in a coal mine. HILARIOUS!!!!! Thanks James and Ed!

Ed and James are the perfect duo. Ed is the big brother and James is the mental younger brother just out on day release.

So funny and a great listen UNTIL there is an episode with an American comic. Theyβre always so arrogant with their choices and it kills Ed and Jamesβ interview patter. Skip.

The Todd Barry and Natasha/Moshe are especially good- I was unfamiliar with Ed until finding the pod but loved Jamesβ comedy already. Iβm sorry Anthony Jeselnik traumatized you with his alpha-ness! Edit: forgot PFT was on and he is amazing in everything also. For comedy nerds sick of just interviews about comedy, this is for you!

Listened to a few of these and enjoyed it but not that enthusiastically ... until the one with Mike Skinner! Wow, how Ed and James put up with his moody attempts to sound cool is impressive if. I imagine both Ed and James know how to pronounce laudanum correctly and that Jung would have used the term unconscious rather than subconscious, but neither corrected Mike- even after he tried to call out James for his own pronunciation. Iβm now a very firm fan, a fact firmly solidified when Acaster told the tale of how he called out someone on Twitter by saying their mum was garbage!

Usually a funny podcast, but it really depends on the guest. When theyβre not in to food it seems a bit pointless having them as a guest on a food podcast...!

Getting really boring, definitely ran out of good guests. Havenβt had a good one in a long time. So many nobodies.

Listen religiously canβt get enough. Love. Some guests not feeling it as much - just booked to promote themselves?!
