My kids got me on to this! James and Ed, as well as being thoroughly entertaining. Are decent and down to earth. ‘ I ❤️bones. Excellent anecdote! Long may this podcast continue. Most of the guests are great too. Only a couple of supercilious idiots. But plenty of excellent ones. Great fun- 5 🌟

The amount of dishes Ed and James ordered is taking the mick and giving a ‘nod’ to about another 20 dishes is a sneaky way of ordering them to! Every other guest has ordered one of Each course so they are clearly bending the tiles! Also, Raiph Spall ordering for six people, HTF do you share a burger between six? Love Raiph though! Oh, and if I hear Ed say ‘incredible’ one more time I’ll eat my own hand for a starter! We’ll ignore how he kisses up to every guest also🤢! I’ll keep listening but I’m very disgruntled right now 🤔.

Highly recommend this podcast. So funny, great food and restaurant recommendations and amazing choice of guests. I’ve recently found this podcast but I’m already hooked and love listening to James and Ed.

One of those podcasts with five or so great (mostly early) episodes that you keep listening to hoping there’ll be another good one, with diminishing returns. Mostly, in place of an entertaining conversation, it’s two increasingly pompous and elitist fellows brow-beating their guests for their choices, unless you’re a famous restaurateur or a celebrity they’d like to network with. If you’re a young woman guest, come prepared to brawl; apparently your every preference is an affront to the hosts. Best of, imo, for those who’d like to skip to them: Victoria Coren-Mitchell, Greg Davies, Daisy May Cooper, Ramesh Ranganathan, Richard Osman, Domhnall Gleeson.
