<p><br>This podcast is about Women of colour living with neurological disorders, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy, strokes, stiff body syndrome, etc.</p><p><br></p><p>Fiddly Chic aims to create an awareness and understanding of the challenges, difficulties, and attitudes we often face. <br><br>It has been documented that people with MS from BME communities are hard to reach which often leads to isolation, compounded by ignorance, stigmatisation leading to a lack of services and facilities to support them.<br><br>We also experienced increased discrimination and prejudice within our communities which leaves a knock-on effect of isolation and rejection.</p><p><br></p><p>We aim to utilise this platform, time, and space, to discuss the impacts living with a neurological condition can have, not only on the one with the illness but also on their friends and family. <br><br>Disability of any type let alone MS which has no known cause or cure is seen as a taboo or curse so people shy away f
