These stories have been very impactful to giving me different perspectives of Christians and their stories around the world. My 10 year old has listened to a few with me: Edgar with no arms and legs, challenger explosion, the violent family turned to Jesus, and the Foster family with so many kids. I would love for more of these to be made that are kid appropriate and a rating of which ones are good for kids would be great!!

These are the real deal of trials. People are going through it and there is no magic hocus pocus that the WOF/ prosperity gospel clings to. These are people struggling to walk by faith and not sight and they cling to God in spite of doubts fears and worry and they come out the other end stronger and changed. They are really uplifting and encouraging me as I am going through my own trial.

The first episode I listened to was the widow of the astronaut on Columbia. This was an amazing story to hear this part of American history with this extra information from the personal and spiritual part. This episode was such an encouragement to me to hear about this woman’s strength and her model for her children as she walked through the valley of the shadow of death.

I have listened to almost all of the compelled episodes and I was loving them. I’m a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I love Jesus!! I loved listening to stories of my fellow Christians who also love Jesus!! I don’t 100 percent agree on theology. But that didn’t matter. I felt connected to my Christian brothers and sisters. That is until I heard in an episode my faith being called s “false gospel.” Odd how I can see the beauty in your faith and you can’t appreciate the powerful death and sacredness of mine. I can’t listen to a podcast that degrades other faiths when it is soooo important that Christians unite during these dark times before our beloved savior returns. Sad and disappointed.
